DY-GJC2 Steel Tape Measuring Device

The DY-GJC2 steel tape measure calibration device is designed and developed by Taian Demei Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with the new JJG4-2015 "Steel Tape Measure Calibration Regulations". This calibration device can be used to calibrate steel tape measures.

This calibrator can be used to calibrate the indication error of conventional measuring tools such as steel tape measures, steel tape measures, depth oil dipsticks, steel circumference rulers, fiber tape measures, steel plate rulers (steel plate rulers can only be used for comparative testing, not for standardization); if equipped with a zero position calibration table, the zero position deviation of the depth oil dipstick can be compared and calibrated.

DY-GJC2 Steel Tape Measuring Device

Basic configuration: 1*5m standard ruler, 1*calibration table, 1*small pulley, 1*reading microscope, 2*tape clamps, 2*5kg weights, 1*digital display box, 1*power supply.

The device uses a grating displacement sensor with a standard steel tape measure as the instrument measurement data collection, and the measurement result data will be directly given through PLC data processing. Reduced manual labor intensity.

Product Feature of Steel Tape Calibration Device

7) The standard ruler and the ruler being tested are lifted up by using the support shaft, which eliminates the friction between the ruler tape and the table, thereby improving the detection accuracy.
