Product Introduction of Steel Ruler Calibration Device

DY-GT1 steel ruler calibration device (calibration of 1 meter steel ruler) is designed and developed according to the current JJG1-1999 steel ruler calibration regulations. This calibration device can be used to calibrate steel rulers; it is a graded metal ruler with a reading magnifying glass and a thermometer. In surveying and mapping operations, it is often used to check the distance between outline points, control points and coordinate grid points. It is specified in the national leveling specification as a standard ruler for calibrating leveling scales. Other professional departments also widely use it to measure and measure straight-line distances and graded.

Product Feature of Steel Ruler Calibration Device

1. The engraved surface of the three-level linear ruler shall not have scratches, bruises, rust, etc. The engraved lines should be uniform, perpendicular to the edge of the ruler and extend to the edge of the ruler, and there should be no broken lines or double lines.

2. Under the calibration state, the engraved lines should be clear throughout the whole process through the reading microscope.

3. The scale numbers of the three-level linear ruler should be of moderate size, should not affect the engraved lines, and should be consistent from beginning to end.

4. The accessories of the three-level linear ruler (thermometer, magnifying glass) should be complete, and the magnifying glass should have a clear image and slide flexibly on the guide rail.

5. The three-level linear ruler that has just been calibrated should meet the above requirements. The subsequent calibration and inspection during use are allowed to have appearance defects that do not affect the measurement performance.

6. Marking For a newly made three-level linear ruler, the manufacturing material, manufacturer or factory mark, and factory number should be marked on the flange on the back of the ruler; the name and manufacture of the measuring instrument should be marked on the ruler box.

7. Two copies of the equipment instruction manual, one copy of the product certificate, one copy of the packing list, and each component including the calibration certificate.
